ข้อตกลงการสั่งซื้อสินค้า Order Procedure(Supply o­nly in Thailand)

1. ลูกค้าจะต้องระบุข้อมูลที่จะจัดส่งให้ชัดเจน เป็นจริง เพื่อทำการจัดส่งสินค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง Customer should writedown in clear address and true to prevent problem happen for delivery
2. จะจัดส่งสินค้าให้เมื่อได้รับหลักฐานการโอนเงินแล้วเท่านั้น Goods will be send o­nly after received payment
3. สั่งซื้อสินค้าราคา 500 บาทขึ้นไป ค่าส่งฟรีทั่วประเทศ หากสั่งซื้อสินค้าต่ำกว่า 500 บาท คิดค่าจัดส่ง 35 บาท Oder goods price over 500Baht free for frieght charge, under 500Baht purchase will be charge frieght another 35 Baht
4. ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับลูกค้าและรายการสั่งซื้อต่างๆจะถูกเก็บเป็นความลับ ไม่เปิดเผย The customer's history will be keep o­nly for our reference
5. ลูกค้าที่ได้สั่งซื้อสินค้าจากทางเว็บไซต์จะถือเป็นสมาชิกของเว็บไซต์ทันที โดยท่านจะได้รับสิทธิพิเศษต่างๆตามกิจกรรมและเงื่อนไขของบริษัทฯ Customer ordered our goods will be our member automatic
6. บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนราคาสินค้า และ ของแถม โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า (Prices and promotions subject to change without prior notice)
7. กรณีสินค้าเสียหายนื่องจากการขนส่งหลัง ผู้สั่งซื้อต้องแจ้งเรื่องกลับมาทันทีที่ได้รับสินค้า In case of damage from transportation, customer should inform us immediately
8. การโอนเงิน ถ้าโอนไม่เกิน 11:00 น. ในวันทำการจะจัดส่งสินค้าภายในวันนั้น แต่ถ้าโอนเงินหลังจากเวลาดังกล่าวจะทำการจัดส่งในวันทำการถัดไป If money transfer before 11am goods will be ship in the same day, if after 11am goods will be ship o­n the next working day
9. ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบสินค้า 1-2 วัน หลังได้รับการโอนเงินและส่งหลักฐานการโอนเงิน ทั้งนี้ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งจนถึงลูกค้าขึ้นอยู่กับระยะทางในการขนส่ง Goods will be send to customer via Thai Postal Company EMS Service which will take 1-2 days depends o­n the distance from our company
10. เกิดความบกพร่องของทางบริษัทฯในการส่งสินค้าที่ไม่ถูกต้องตรงตามที่สั่งซื้อ บริษัทฯจะรับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งสินค้าใหม่กลับถึงลูกค้า If we delivered wrong model of goods, we will take response for another o­ne way transportation charge to customer
11. กรณีลูกค้าสั่งซื้อผิดและยังไม่ได้เปิดกล่องสินค้า ทางบริษัทยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่ถูกต้องให้และจ่ายเงินเพิ่ม หรือ ลดตามราคาที่แท้จริง โดยลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบจ่ายเงินค่าขนส่งไปกลับเอง If customer order wrong model and not open the original container or box, we will replace a correct model with re-calculate the exact price of the right o­ne and customer should take responsible for o­ne round trip frieght charge
12. กรณีลูกค้าสั่งซื้อผิดและแกะกล่องสินค้าทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยนสินค้านั้นๆ เพราะไม่สามารถจำหน่ายไปยังลูกค้ารายต่อไปได้ In case of customer order wrong model and open the container or box, we cannot accept the goods back because we cannot sell to other customers.
13. กรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย อันเนื่องมาจากการขนส่ง ทางลูกค้าจะต้องร่วมกับทางบริษัทฯเอาความกับทางบริษัทขนส่งร่วมกัน In case of goods damage from the transportation company, customer will join with us to claim from the transportation company
14. การส่งสินค้าใหม่จะส่งกลับทันที เมื่อได้รับสินค้าที่เสีย, สั่งผิด หรือส่งผิดกลับมาก่อน The new goods will be send to customer o­nly if the wrong o­ne will be send back to us.

การชำระเงิน Payment Method

หากท่านได้สั่งซื้อสินค้าจากทางเว็บไซต์แล้ว ท่านจะได้รับ Email แจ้งการสั่งซื้อ โดยกรุณาโอนเงินมาที่บัญชีธนาคารดังนี้ When you fill in the order in our website you will be inform the total amount that will be send to us by send money to our account as follow:

โดยเมื่อท่านได้ทำการโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว แจ้งการโอนเงิน 1 ใน 3 วิธีดังต่อไปนี้คือ 1).ส่ง SMS จากตู้ ATM ธนาคารกสิกร (กสิกรฯบริการส่ง SMS ฟรี)มายังโทรศัพท์หมายเลข 081-681-3531 หรือ 2).กรุณา Fax สลิปการโอนเงินมาที่ 0-5322-4636 หรือ 3). Scan สลิปการโอนเงินแล้วส่งE-mail และแนบเป็นไฟล์ Attachment มายัง atshop.com@gmail.com เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานในการโอนเงินของท่าน โดยหากทางเราได้รับหลักฐานการโอนดังกล่าวแล้ว จะทำการจัดส่งสินค้าตามที่ท่านได้สั่งซื้อทันที After you transfer you money to ATShop.Com please inform us in any of this 3 ways, first you can send message(SMS) from the ATM Machine of Kasikorn Bank after you transfer money you can send SMS from that ATM to our Mobile Telephone: 081-681-3531 or secondly FAX the confirmed ATM slip to fax: 0-5322-4636 or thirdly SCAN the comfirmed ATM slip and send to our email: atshop.com@gmail.com then the goods will be ship to you.
